Overview
We respect your privacy. iPlay-Lists is designed to give users control over their own playlists and media experience. The app does not collect, store, or transmit personal data on its own servers.
Personal Data
The app does not collect personal information such as your name, email address, physical address, phone number, or precise location for its own internal storage.
Playlist data, preferences, and app-related information are generally stored locally on your device, or through Apple iCloud if you choose to enable synchronization.
Local Data Storage
Content such as playlists, media links, settings, and other app preferences may be stored locally on your iPhone, iPad, Apple TV, Mac, Apple Watch, or other supported Apple devices.
You remain responsible for the content you import, add, manage, or stream through the app.
iCloud Usage
If you activate iCloud sync, your data is linked to your Apple ID and stored securely through Apple’s infrastructure.
This synced data is managed by Apple and is not accessible to us. We do not view, analyze, or share your iCloud data.
In-App Purchases and Subscriptions
Premium features may be offered through auto-renewable subscriptions and other in-app purchases handled securely by Apple using StoreKit.
We do not have access to your Apple ID, payment card details, or billing information. Subscription management, billing, renewals, and cancellations are handled by Apple.
Advertising
In the free version of the app, advertisements may be displayed. Premium subscribers may benefit from an ad-free experience.
We do not sell your personal data. We do not intentionally share personally identifiable user data with third-party advertising platforms through our own servers.
Third-Party Services
The app may rely on Apple services and other platform features such as iCloud, StoreKit, and advertising frameworks provided by Apple or integrated through standard platform tools.
These third-party services operate under their own privacy practices and policies. We encourage you to review Apple’s terms and privacy documentation where applicable.
Children’s Privacy
iPlay-Lists is not intended to knowingly collect personal data from children. Since the app does not directly collect personal information on its own servers, we do not knowingly maintain a database of children’s personal data.
User Responsibility
Users are solely responsible for the content they choose to add, stream, organize, or access through the app.
We do not provide, host, distribute, or promote copyrighted, illegal, or infringing content.
Data Security
We aim to use privacy-conscious design principles and rely on Apple’s built-in security frameworks where applicable. However, no device, platform, or cloud service can be guaranteed to be completely secure in all circumstances.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect app improvements, legal changes, or platform requirements. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised policy.
